Please note:-
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
All sizes are approximate and included as a guide only.
All our products are handmade which makes each item unique.
Images may not show the exact colour of the item.
All prices are in GB £(Pounds) Sterling.
Should there be errors of price or description on the website, we reserve the
right to supply goods at the corrected price.
Delivery Information:
When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 7 days. If however,
they are in the process of being made we aim to send them out within 14 – 21
days.
Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery but please understand that
sometimes there are delays – regrettably no delivery service is infallible
and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.
Returns Policy:
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For
your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service
that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the
goods to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Items:
If the item you receive is faulty, please email us with your name address and
order number, details of the product and the reason for return and whether you
require a refund or replacement. We will then advise you how to proceed
with the return. You have 14 days from the receipt of the faulty item to
return it to us.
